26. Maple Dijon Chicken

26 - Maple ChickenA simple chicken recipe that sounds, smells and tastes fancy

Prep to plate time: 50 min
Serves: 4


  • 2 lbs Chicken Thighs (boneless, skinless)
  • 1/4 cup whole grain Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 2 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1/2 Tbsp dried Rosemary
  • Olive Oil
  • Non-stick spray


  1. PREP: Preheat oven to 375°F
  2. PREP: In a bowl, mix dijon mustard, olive oil and soy sauce. Stir in the garlic and rosemary
  3. Coat an 8×8 casserole dish with non-stick spray. Arrange the chicken thighs in a single layer without overlapping. Pour the marinade on top and spread until chicken is completely covered
  4. Bake until chicken is golden brown on top. About 45 min
