Combine two of America’s greatest foods into one

Materials
- 1 Thin Pizza Crust Dough
- 3/4 lbs Ground Beef
- 1/2 cup Dill Pickles
- 2 Roma Tomatoes
- 1/3 cup Onion
- 2 cups shredded Lettuce
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup Ketchup
- 2 Tbsp Thousand Island Dressing
- Vegetable Oil Spray
- Cornmeal
- Onion Powder
- Pepper
Protocol
- PREP: Make the pizza crust dough
- PREP: Chop the pickles, tomatoes and onion. Shred the lettuce.
- PREP: Mix the ketchup and thousand island dressing together
- PREP: Preheat oven to 350°F
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add beef. Season generously with pepper and onion powder. Saute while breaking up until no more pink shows. Drain and keep in skillet
- Lightly spray a pan with vegetable oil and dust with cornmeal. Spread the dough to fit the pan
- Spread the ketchup and dressing on top. Then layer first the ground beef, then the pickles, then the cheese
- Place in oven and bake for 15 min, checking every 5 min for desired crunchiness
- SERVE: Top with tomatoes, onion and shredded lettuce then cut it up
